About Our Olives
We are located in the beautiful hills of Paso Robles, CA, where we currently have over 750 olive trees—90% Arbequina and 10% Koroneiki. These fabulous trees have produced our extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) since our first harvest in 2015. When we harvest our olives at Thanksgiving, it’s a celebration of life, love, and olives!

Our Staff
Whether young or old, everyone takes part in producing our premium olive oil, from pruning and harvesting to bottling. Our business is a true labor of love, and it has been our family’s dream to create quality olive oils our customers can’t get enough of.
Our Olive Oils
We primarily sell EVOO. However, if you want to consume the freshest olive oil possible, we do produce small batches of the Olio Nuovo.
Every year, it’s the first EVOO to be released and must be enjoyed immediately.
